Scavenger Hunt Sunday

I used this week's challenge as an opportunity to explore my new neighbourhood in London's east end.  I thought it was going to be tough finding things, but really once I started noticing colours I had a hard time stopping and picking just one photo to post. I hope you enjoy them.

1. Red

The iconic postbox, this one found in Churchill Place shopping mall, Canary Wharf, London

 2. Orange

Playground set, could go for both green and orange, but let's just call it orange.

3. Yellow

*awkward shadow* why does the arrow have to be so mean?

4. Green

A local pub with lots of green, West India Street

5. Blue

The Cycle Superhighway CS3

If you've participated in the hunt, let me know in my comments and link up at Ramblings & Photos.

Next weeks prompts are:

  1. #5
  2. Word of the Day
  3. Sharing
  4. Wiggle
  5. Cookies!

Fun travels!

The rules are simple:

  1. Anyone can participate.
  2. You’re encouraged to take five new photos this week for the challenge. Creativity is also encouraged!
  3. If you get stumped, you may use one photo from your archive (although I’m not too strict about it – I do my best to take fresh shots).
  4. Link up here on Sunday (or Tuesday at the latest) – you can use the button above.
  5. Leave comments for at least five entries around yours (with so many new participants each week, it’s the only way I know to be inclusive).
  6. Have fun!

  2. Nicely done - I really like the bike street sign and speaking of signs, 'danger of death' - ? from falling ? bad neighborhood ? running into a brick wall ? Interesting.

    1. I know, right? Weird and uninformative.
