This past weekend I filled my belly with the 'gateway meat', pork in the form of ribs at the Brampton Rib n' Roll. It's the first in a series of Rib Fests that take place all around Ontario and I for one am looking forward to a pork filled summer. Maybe I should up my exercise routine in preparation...
